Apple released a Golden Master version of OS X 10.9 Mavericks to developers late last night. This is the final release before the new version of OS X hits the masses.
Mavericks went through 8 developer updates since it was first unveiled at WWDC back in June. Although Apple hasn’t confirmed a specific launch date for OS X 10.9, it is expected to be out by the end of October along with new MacBook Pros and possibly, a new Mac Pro.
Mavericks includes many new additions such as iBooks, Apple Maps, iCloud Keychain, and new features like Finder Tabs, faster Safari, and better control of multiple displays.
